What happens next?
Two weeks before the employee’s first day, Induction will invite both the new hire and the coach to the program.
If the employee is starting within a few days, the invitation will be sent immediately.
We’d like to remind you that the introduction is general to suit everyone. Of course, your local routines should be covered on-site.
This way, we share the responsibility and create a welcoming and inspiring start.
